Neph has managed multi million dollar accounts including one of the country’s leading food and drug store retail chains and an award willing integrated real estate services firm, the $120 million expansion of a Milwaukee casino, coordinating national media for a guest chef appearance at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City, and the launch of an inner city initiative by a national not for profit organization.
Dee Dixon is a seasoned advertising professional and a successful entrepreneur. As the President and CEO of Pride Communications, Dixon has built Pride Magazine into an important voice for the Charlotte community. Dixon has been the visionary behind several of Charlotte’s major events including The Pride Sunset Jazz Series, Pride Awards Gala and the Charlotte Mecklenburg Health Symposium. Dixon was named Charlotte Business Woman of the Year in 2006. She has previously served on the board of directors of the Mint Museums and currently serves the boards of the Charlotte Chamber and the Charlotte Regional Visitors Association. In 2003, she received the Goody’s Powder Community Leader of the Year Award for her role in helping make the Charlotte community a better place. She is co-founder of What Women of Color Want and Women’s Inter-Cultural Exchange (WIE)
Scott is an award winning public relations professional with over 15 years experience in public relations, media relations, government affairs, event planning and management. She’s one of the co-founders of Mosaic Communications and has extensive experience planning and implementing media and promotional campaigns. She has vast experience in media relations, media buying, and grassroots marketing. She supervises major accounts and manages projects with multiple moving parts to meet the needs of the client. She has direct experience with social media campaigns, including tough issues like breast cancer, infant mortality and prematurity, fatherlessness and education. She has served on a number of influential boards of directors and is currently involved in numerous community organizations in Milwaukee.
A native of Argentina, Natalia A. Flores, APR, has spent a decade as a public relations and marketing professional developing communications strategies for the U.S., U.S. Hispanic and Latin American markets. She serves on the board of directors for the Charlotte PRSA Chapter. She has earned her accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America. Through her work on global accounts at Burson-Marsteller, Porter Novelli and Fusion Communications, Flores understands how to build brands. Her clients have included Samsung, MasterCard Worldwide, SAP, Office Depot, Latin GRAMMYs and Batanga. She was named a PRWEEK Awards Young PR Professional finalist and has recently been published in PRSA’s Tactics and The Strategist and delivered lectures and workshops at local and national venues on Hispanic marketing.
